For the Activators

1. Operators activating the Silesian Fortified Area (OWS) objects and other sites shall observe the rules of order, safety, and Ham Spirit. Activators may use any amateur bands and modes. It is recommended to spot the activities on the DX Cluster by mentioning the SFOTA reference (SF-xxx) in the Comment field. 
2. The Activator’s working position should be selected as close to the entity as possible, which has to be confirmed by pictures to be sent together with the station’s log. 
3. The Activator is obligated to notify the planned activity by e-mail sent to the Programme Coordinators, giving his call sign and the object’s reference number, to make advance publication on the Programme’s website possible; however, not later than 12h.  in advance of the activation. 
4. Unannounced activations shall not be classified. 
5. The number of QSO’s times the number of entities shall be classified. 
6. The log of a single objects activation should contain at least 100 QSO’s. 
7. After the operation, the Activator shall send his or her log in the .adi format to: sfota2016(at)gmail.com, together with photographic documentation, for the activation to be recognized. The file should specify the object reference: SF-XXX_SP9XXX.adi (entity’s reference_Activator’s call sign). In the OPERATOR field, enter similarly: entity’s reference_Activator’s call sign. Recognized activations will be visible in the online log. 
8. Submission of the Activator’s log and pictures shall be equivalent to giving consent for their publication on the Programme’s website. 
9. It will be possible to enter new entities upon consultation with the Programme Coordinators. 
10. The Programme Organizers’ Club Stations SP9PNB, SP9YFF and SP9ZPS will not participate in the Activator classification. 
11. Any documented breach of the Rules may cause disqualification.

For the Hunters

A Hunter is the operator looking for the stations operating from our SFOTA objects. 
The number of QSO’s conducted with different objects, using various modes and various bands, shall be classified. 
The Hunters shall observe the Rules when making the contacts under
